WHEREAS,the City approved the contract for LB840 funds for Grand Island Expo
Events & Livestock; and
WHEREAS,the Grand Island Expo Events&Livestock submitted four invoices for
agricultural shows held at Fonner Park; and
WHEREAS,the Tax Oversight Committee recommends approval of four invoices for
City Council to approve of a total payment of$292,127.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is hereby approved by City Council for the
payment of$292,127 for agricultural shows held at Fonner Park.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, September 22, 2026.
