WHEREAS, the City Engineering/Public Works Director for the City of Grand Island
issued a Certificate of Final Completion for Sanitary Sewer Manhole 75-20 Repair;Project No. 2026-S-4
certifying that The Diamond Engineering Company of Grand Island, Nebraska, under contract, has
completed such project for the total construction amount of$77,298.07; and
WHEREAS,the City Engineer/Public Works Director recommends the acceptance of the
project; and
WHEREAS, additional project costs equate to $13,237.01, as shown
ADDITIONAL COSTS
City of Grand Island- Public Works Dept- Engineering $ 13,221.06
Grand Island Independent- Advertising $ 15.95
Total Additional Costs= $ 13,237.01
WHEREAS, the Mayor concurs with the recommendation of the City Engineer/Public
Works Director.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the Certificate of Final Completion for Sanitary Sewer
Manhole 75-20 Repair; Project No. 2026-S-4, in the total amount of$90,535.08 is hereby confirmed.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, October 13, 2026.
