SIGNING OF PROGRAM AGREEMENT- BL2519
City of Grand Island
Resolution No.2026-16
Whereas: City of Grand Island is proposing a transportation project for which it intends to _
obtain Federal funds; and
Whereas: City of Grand Island understand that it must strictly follow all Federal, State, and
local laws, rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines applicable to the funding of the Federal-
aid project; and
Whereas: City of Grand Island and the Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT)wish
to enter into a Project Program Agreement setting out the various duties and funding
responsibilities for the Federal-aid project.
Be It Resolved: by the City Council of Grand Island that:
Roger Steele, Mayor of the City of Grand Island, is hereby authorized to sign the attached
Project Program agreement between City of Grand Island, Nebraska and NDOT.
