ORDINANCE NO. 10,028
An ordinance to vacate an existing Ingress/Egress Easement acquired from Mesner
Development Company located with the platting of Trinity Heights Subdivision in a part of Lots
Forty Eight and Forty Nine (48 and 49), Trinity Heights Subdivision and to provide for filing this
ordinance in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska; and to provide for the
publication and the effective date of this ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1. That the existing Ingress/Egress Easement that was acquired from Mesner
Development Company with the platting of Trinity Heights Subdivision as approved by the
Grand Island City Council on July 12, 2022, located in a part of Lots Forty Eight and Forty Nine
(48 and 49), Trinity Hights Subdivision, and to provide for filing this ordinance in the office of
the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, the ten (10.0) foot wide tract being more
particularly described as follows:

The North five (5) feet of Lot 3 and the South five (5) feet of Lot 4, Trinity Heights Third
Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska.
Such Ingress/Egress easement to be vacated as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance is hereby directed to be recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage
and publication within fifteen (15) days in one issue of the Grand Island Daily Independent as
provided by law.
