WHEREAS, an application was filed by Downtown Industry LLC., dba Sin City
Grill, 410 W 3rd Street, Grand Island,Nebraska, for a Class "C" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on January 17; 2026 such publication cost being $9.60; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 27, 2026 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of the above-identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of Ivan Alcantar, 1413 S Lincoln Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska for liquor manager.
