WHEREAS, an application was filed by Lulie & Julie, LLC dba Napoli's, 3333
Ramada Rd Ste B, Grand Island, Nebraska, for a Class "I" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on December 20, 2025; such publication cost being $9.20; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 30, 2025 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of the above-identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of Lulzim Shala, 3433 Treeline Drive Lincoln, Nebraska for liquor manager.
