WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the Solid Waste Agency Budget was held on July 13,
2010.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND
ISLAND, NEBRASKA, acting as the governing body ofthe Grand Island Area Solid Waste Agency,
that the Agency's 2010-2011 budget in the form presented is hereby approved and adopted.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, July 13, 2010.
