01/14/2003 Resolutions 2003-18 I I I RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2003-18 WHEREAS, on June 25, 2002, by Resolution 2002-187, the City of Grand Island approved and adopted fees for items and services to be provided during the 2002-2003 fiscal year; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend such fee schedule to incorporate changes as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto to amend swimming lesson fees at Lincoln Pool and the capital maintenance fee at Jack Rabbit Run Golf Course, and to add fees for equipment recently acquired by the Public Works Department; and WHEREAS, it is recommended that such amendment be approved and adopted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the amendment to the Fee Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved and adopted effective immediately.
