RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2003-10
WHEREAS, on May 21, 2002, by Resolution 2002-137, the City Council for the City
of Grand Island awarded the bid for Turbine Control System Equipment to GE Global Control
Services of Loveland, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that modifications to the work to be performed by
GE Global Control Services are necessary; and
and
WHEREAS, such modifications have been incorporated into Change Order No.1;
WHEREAS, the result of such modifications will increase the contract amount by
$58,412.00 for a revised contract price of $463,412.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Mayor be, and hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute Change Order No.1, between the City of Grand Island and GE Global Control
Services of Loveland, Colorado, to provide the following modifications:

Additional technical service time................................... ................................................................ 40,238.00
