01/14/2003 Resolutions 2003-3 I I I RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2003-3 WHEREAS, Randall J. Kathman and Jean M. Kathman, husband and wife, have expressed an interest in purchasing 4.6327 acres ofland located in the Platte Valley Industrial Park; and WHEREAS, the purchase price of the property shall be $5,514.00 per acre; and WHEREAS, an Agreement for Warranty Deed has been prepared setting out the terms and conditions of such property purchase; and WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has reviewed and approved the Agreement for Warranty Deed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Agreement for Warranty Deed by and between the City and Randall J. Kathman and Jean M. Kathman, husband and wife, for the conveyance of 4.6327 acres of land in the Platte Valley Industrial Park is hereby approved; and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute such Agreement for Warranty Deed on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
