09/10/2002 Resolutions 2002-283 I I I RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2002-283 WHEREAS, on September 25, 2001, by Resolution 2001-261, the City of Grand Island approved the proposal of Sweet Computer Services, Inc. for an emergency management system for ambulance billing, collection and Medicare filing; and WHEREAS, in order to receive continued upgrades and technical assistance from the company, it is necessary to enter into an annual Technical Support Contract; and WHEREAS, the cost of such annual upgrades and technical assistance is $1,860; and WHEREAS, the proposed contract has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney's office. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Technical Support Contract by and between the City and Sweet Computer Services, Inc. for annual software upgrades and technical assistance is hereby approved; and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
