09/10/2002 Resolutions 2002-275 I I I RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2002-275 WHEREAS, Gary S. Jacobson, a single person, as owner, has caused to be laid out into lots, a tract ofland comprising part of Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), and Ten (10), and that part of vacated alley adjacent thereto, all in Commercial Industrial Park Subdivision of part of Block One (1), Nelsen Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the name of COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK THIRD SUBDIVISION, and has caused a plat thereof to be acknowledged by him; and WHEREAS, such subdivision was approved by the Regional Planning Commission on September 4, 2002; and WHEREAS, a copy ofthe plat of such subdivision has been presented to the Board of Education of School District No.2 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as required by Section 19-923, R.R.S. 1943; and WHEREAS, a form of subdivision agreement has been agreed to between the owner and the City of Grand Island. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the form of subdivision agreement hereinbefore described is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the final plat of COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL P ARK THIRD SUBDIVISION, as made out, acknowledged, and certified, is hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the approval and acceptance of such plat by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
