RESOLUTION 2002-154
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Director ofthe City of Grand Island has issued
his Certificate of Final Completion for Installation ofFence at Webb Road Athletic Field certifying
that American Fence Co. of Grand Island, Nebraska, under contract dated March 22, 2002, has
completed such project according to the terms, conditions, and stipulations for such improvements;
and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Director recommends the acceptance ofthe
final completion; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor concurs III the Parks and Recreation Director's
recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that:
1. The Parks and Recreation Director's Certificate of Final Completion for Installation of
Fence at Webb Road Athletic Field is hereby confirmed.
2. That a warrant be issued from Account No. 40044450-90035 in the amount of
$15,026.10 payable to American Fence Co. for the final amount due the contractor.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska on June 11, 2002.
