WHEREAS, easements are required by the City of Grand Island, from the following
parties for the installation, upgrade, maintenance, and repair of Sanitary Sewer District No. 493; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 9, 2002, for the purpose of discussing the
proposed acquisition of an easement and right-of-way affecting the following tracts of land:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to
acquire easements from the parties identified above on the above-described tracts of land.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, April 9, 2002.
