05/21/2002 Resolutions 2002-78 I I I RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2002-78 WHEREAS, Robert M. Allen Family Limited Partnership, as owner, has caused to be laid out into lots and an Outlot, a tract ofland comprising all of Lots One (1) through Nine (9), and Twenty Four (24) through Twenty Nine (29), Meadowlark West Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, and the City of Grand Island Detention Cell B-6A, all in the East Half ofthe Northeast Quarter (E1I2, NEl/4) of Section 13, Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West ofthe 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, under the name of MEADOWLARK WEST FOURTH SUBDNISION, and has caused a plat thereof to be acknowledged by it; and WHEREAS, such subdivision was approved by the Regional Planning Commission on March 6, 2002; and WHEREAS, a copy ofthe plat of such subdivision has been presented to the Board of Education of School District No.2 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as required by Section 19-923, R.R.S. 1943; and WHEREAS, a form of subdivision agreement has been agreed to between the owner and the City of Grand Island. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the form of subdivision agreement hereinbefore described is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the final plat of MEADOWLARK WEST FOURTH SUBDNISION, as made out, acknowledged, and certified, is hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the approval and acceptance of such plat by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
