08/14/2001 Resolutions 2001-199 I I I RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2001-199 WHEREAS, a public utility easement is required by the City of Grand Island, from Thomas S. Dinsdale and Kim West Dinsdale, husband and wife, to accurately reflect the location of a storm sewer which was relocated at the property owner's request; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 14, 2001, for the purpose of discussing the proposed acquisition of an easement and right-of-way through a part of Lot Fourteen (14), Brach's Second Subdivision in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the easement and right-of-way being more particularly described as follows: Being the westerly Five (5.0) feet of the easterly Fifteen (15.0) feet of Lot Fourteen (14), Brach's Second Subdivision, excepting the south Ten (10.0) feet thereof, being existing easement; all as shown on the plat dated July 12,2001 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to acquire a public utility easement from Thomas S. Dinsdale and Kim West Dinsdale, husband and wife, on the above-described tract ofland. Adopted by the City Council ofthe City of Grand Island, Nebraska, August 14,2001.
