09/12/2000 Resolutions 2000-253 RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2000-253 WHEREAS, Darwin D. Katzberg, a single person, as owner, has caused to be laid out into lots, a tract ofland comprising of Lot One (1), Mainland, Section Eleven (11);Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Island, Section Eleven (11), and the Southwest Quarter (SWY-t), Island, Section Eleven (11), all in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska, under the name of KATZBERG SUBDIVISION, and has caused a plat thereof to be aclmowledged by him; and WHEREAS, such subdivision was approved by the Regional Planning Commission on September 6, 2000; and WHEREAS, a copy of the plat of such subdivision has been presented to the Board of Education of School District No.3 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as required by Section 19-923, R.R.S. 1943; and WHEREAS, a form of subdivision agreement has been agreed to between the owner and the City of Grand Island. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the form of subdivision agreement hereinbefore described is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island. BE IT FURTHER RESOL YED that the final plat ofKATmERG SUBDIVISION, as made out, aclmowledged, and certified, is hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the approval and acceptance of such plat by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
