07/11/2000 Resolutions 2000-206 I RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2000-206 WHEREAS, Interstate Structures, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, has expressed an interest in purchasing approximately 10.025 acres of land in the Platte Valley Industrial Park; and WHEREAS, the purchase price ofthe property shall be $3,956.25 per acre; and WHEREAS, Interstate Structures, Inc. shall pay for water, sewer and paving improvements to the property in accordance with the Agreement for Warranty Deed; and WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has reviewed and approved the proposed Agreement for Warranty Deed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Agreement for Warranty Deed by and between the City and Interstate Structures, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, for the conveyance of 10.025 acres ofland in the Platte Valley Industrial Park is hereby approved; and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
