Of Engineering, Omaha District, for the purpose installing, upgrading, maintaining, and repairing the hikelbike trail through the Comhusker Army Ammunition Plant property; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 23, 2000, for the purpose of discussing the proposed acquisition of thirty (30.0) foot wide easements and rights-of-way as described below.
