04/25/2000 Resolutions 2000-138 I I RESOLUTION 2000-138 WHEREAS, in 1985, the City of Grand Island acquired and accepted responsibility from the County of Hall for the licensing standards and requirements of mobile/manufactured homes within the extra territorial jurisdiction of the City; and WHEREAS, Section 21-6 of the Grand Island City Code requires Manufactured Home Park owners to file a plan with the Chief Building Official setting out the layout of the Manufactured Home Park, the number, size, and location of manufactured home spaces, the location of other buildings, roadways, utility infrastructure, etc.; and WHEREAS, West Park Plaza requests that such plan be amended to revert back to manufactured home sites, spaces numbered 125 North Lane, 127 North Lane, 127B North Lane, and 127C North Lane; and to allow spaces 127A North Lane, 108 South Lane, and 116 East Lane to be designated as spaces for recreational vehicles as shown on the attached drawing; and WHEREAS, the amended plan conforms with the provisions ofthe Grand Island City Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the requested amendment as submitted by West Park Plaza is hereby approved to revert back to manufactured home sites, spaces numbered 125 North Lane, 127 North Lane, 127B North Lane, and 127C North Lane; and to allow spaces 127 A North Lane, 108 South Lane, and 116 East Lane to be designated as spaces for recreational vehicles as shown on the attached drawing.
