WHEREAS, B, B & G Investments, L.L.C., a Limited Liability Company, has
expressed an interest in purchasing approximately 10.025 acres ofland in the Platte Valley Industrial
Park; and
WHEREAS, the purchase price of the property shall be $3,956.25 per acre; and
WHEREAS, B, B & G Investments, L.L.C. shall pay for water, sewer and paving
improvements to the property in accordance with the Agreement for Warranty Deed; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has reviewed and approved the proposed
Agreement for Warranty Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Agreement for Warranty Deed by and
between the City and B, B & G Investments, L.L.c., a Limited Liability Company, for the
conveyance of 10.025 acres ofland in the Platte Valley Industrial Park is hereby approved; and the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand
Island, Nebraska.
