04/25/2000 Resolutions 2000-119 I I I RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2000-119 WHEREAS, Raymond J. O'Connor and Jennifer S. O'Connor, husband and wife, as owners, have caused to be laid out into a lot, a tract ofland comprising all of Lots Three (3), Eleven (11), Twelve (12) and Sixteen (16), all in Grand Island Mall Eighth Subdivision, and all of Lot One (1), Replat of Lot One (1), Grand Island Mall Ninth Subdivision, all in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the name of GRAND ISLAND MALL TWELFTH SUBDIVISION, and have caused a plat thereof to be acknowledged by them; and WHEREAS, such subdivision was approved by the Regional Planning Commission on April 5, 2000; and WHEREAS, a copy of the plat of such subdivision has been presented to the Board of Education of School District No.2 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as required by Section 19-923, R.R.S. 1943; and WHEREAS, a form of subdivision agreement has been agreed to between the owners and the City of Grand Island. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the form of subdivision agreement hereinbefore described, be, and hereby is, approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that GRAND ISLAND MALL TWELFTH SUBDIVISION, as made out, acknowledged, and certified, is hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the approval and acceptance of such plat by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
