WHEREAS, public utility easements are required by the City of Grand Island,
Nebraska from the persons listed below with their respective property descriptions for the purpose
of acquiring easements which accurately reflect where the public utilities are located; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 27, 2000, for the purpose of
discussing the proposed acquisition of an easements and rights-of-way through the property more
particularly described as follows:
