02/21/2000 Resolutions 2000-42 I I I RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2000-42 WHEREAS, a hikelbike path easement is required by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska from Southlawn Apartments, L.L.c., a Limited Liability Company, for the purpose installing, upgrading, maintaining, and repairing the S1. Joe Line Hike/Bike Trail; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 21, 2000, for the purpose of discussing the proposed acquisition of an easement and right-of-way on the following tracts of land: The east Sixteen (16.0) feet of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), and Ten (10), in Block Two (2), Southlawn Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; AND The south Eight (8.0) feet of Lot One (1), Block Two (2), Southlawn Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; AND The north Eight (8.0) feet of Lot Two (2), Block Two (2), Southlawn Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to acquire a hike/bike path easement from Southlawn Apartments, L.L.C., a Limited Liability Company, on the above-described tracts of land.
