WHEREAS, Michael 1. Nolan and Beverly E. Nolan, husband and wife, Jeffrey Scott
Richardson and Jane Louise Richardson, husband and wife, Christopher P. Meister and Natilie H.
Meister, husband and wife, John P. Meister and Patricia J. Meister, husband and wife, and Randy
L. Dye and J an E. Dye, husband and wife, as owners, have caused to be laid out into lots, a tract of
land comprising all of Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Paradise Lake Estates Subdivision, Hall County,
Nebraska, and all of Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Paradise Lake Estates Second Subdivision, Hall
County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom the tract recorded as 98-109418, Hall County Register of
Deeds, under the name of PARADISE LAKE ESTATES THIRD SUBDIVISION, and have caused
a plat thereof to be acknowledged by them; and
WHEREAS, such subdivision was approved by the Regional Planning Commission
on December 1, 1999; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the plat of such subdivision has been presented to the Board
of Education of School District No. 28 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as required by
Section 19-923, R.R.S. 1943; and
WHEREAS, a form of subdivision agreement has been agreed to between the owners
and the City of Grand Island.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the form of subdivision agreement
hereinbefore described, be, and hereby is, approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that PARADISE LAKE ESTATES THIRD
SUBDIVISION, as made out, acknowledged, and certified, is hereby approved by the City Council
of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the approval
and acceptance of such plat by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska on January 24,2000.
