WHEREAS,an Ingress/Egress easement is required by the City of Grand Island,from
PVIPE,LLC consisting of part of the West Half(W't'A),in the Northeast Quarter(NE'/4)of Section Five(5),
Township Ten(10)North,Range Nine(9)West of the 6th p.m.,Hall County,Nebraska and more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 4, INDUSTRIAL FOUNDATION
SUBDIVISION SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING;THENCE S88°14'38"E ALONG
THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 4 A DISTANCE OF 15.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE S1°45'22"W
PERPENDICULAR TO THE PROPERTY LINE FOR A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET TO A POINT;
THENCE N88°14'38"W PARALLEL TO THE PROPERTY LINE FOR A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET TO
A POINT;THENCE N1°45'22"E PERPENDICULAR TO THE PROPERTY LINE FOR A DISTANCE OF
100.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 2; THENCE S88°14'38"E ALONG THE
SOUTH PROPERTY LINE A DISTANCE OF 85.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to acquire such Ingress/Egress easement from the property owner on the above described
tract of land.
