WHEREAS,Fortitude Mining LLC wishes to utilize the Interruptible Service Rate in
Chapter 15 of City Code ; and
WHEREAS, Fortitude Mining LLC agrees to enter an Interruptible Service Rate
Agreement with the City of Grand Island.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Interruptible Service Agreement with
Fortitude Mining LLC,for the property located within Lots 26 and 27 of Industrial Addition,Grand
Island, Nebraska, is hereby approved.
