WHEREAS, an application was filed by Caguama Station, LLC, dba Caguama
Station, 2105 W. 2nd Street, Grand Island,Nebraska for a Class "C" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on May 16, 2026; such publication cost being $12.10; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing was held on May 26,2026 for the purpose of discussing
such liquor license application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of the above-identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of Amanda Sanchez, 504 Kennedy Place, Grand Island,Nebraska for liquor manager.
