WHEREAS, the City has used the services of CEI Security & Sound for over 20
years,most recently with cameras and door access control at City Hall,Police Substation,and City
Library; and
WHEREAS, the Heartland Events Center needs to install a robust security system;
and
WHEREAS, CEI Security & Sound is the single source provider for the City's
security systems; and
WHEREAS,the City will purchase the security system from CEI for$135,165.00 for
Heartland Events Center.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the purchase of a Security System be awarded
to CEI Security and Sound in the amount of$135,165.00 is hereby approved.
