WHEREAS, the Grand Island/Hall County Emergency Management Department
owns, operates and maintains a land mobile radio system serving Hall County users; and
WHEREAS, the Grand Island/Hall County Emergency Management Department
have determined that it is in the best interest of Hall County public to enter into this State Radio
System(SRS); and
WHEREAS, the Grand Island/Hall County Emergency Management Department
will share certain land mobile radio assets; and
WHEREAS, the Grand Island / Hall County Emergency Management is
responsible for the costs of connecting its land mobile radio system to the SRS; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Grand Island / Hall County
Emergency Management Department will enter an interlocal cooperation agreement with the
OCIO and NPPD in regard to SRS use cooperation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement
for Land Mobile Radio Asset Sharing is hereby approved.
