WHEREAS, the Information Technology Division of the Finance Department
planned a Public Works computer replacement project for fiscal year 2026; and
WHEREAS,there exists a State of Nebraska Contract Number 15916 OC for
DELL computer equipment; and
WHEREAS, the cost for such equipment totals $62,778.00 to purchase 4 desktops, 19
laptops, and 19 docking stations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Information Technology Division
is hereby authorized to purchase equipment as referenced by Dell Quote # 3000202756785.2 in
the amount of$62,778.00.
