111 WHEREAS, public right-of-way is required by the City of Grand Island for State
Street/Diers Avenue Improvements; Project No. 2026-P-1, from property described as follows:

COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 6,
GRAND ISLAND MALL EIGHTH SUBDIVISION, THENCE ON
AN ASSUMED BEARING OF N00°33'23"W,ON THE WEST LINE
Grand Island Joint OF SAID LOT 6, A DISTANCE OF 10.42 FEET; THENCE $5,952.00
Venture, LLC CONTINUING NOO°33'23"W, ON SAID WEST LINE, A
DISTANCE OF 27.96 FEET;THENCE N45°06'22"E A DISTANCE
OF 76.76 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE
SOO°33'23"E, ON SAID EAST LINE OF LOT 6, A DISTANCE OF
27.96 FEET; THENCE S45°06'22"W A DISTANCE OF 76.76 TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID PERMANENT UTILITY
EASEMENT CONTAINS A CALCULATED AREA OF 1535.16
SQUARE FEET OR 0.035 ACRES MORE OR LESS.
Total= $5,952.00
WHEREAS, agreement for the permanent utility easement has been reviewed and
approved by the City Legal Department.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to enter into the Agreement for permanent utility easement on the above described tract of
land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
