WHEREAS,an application was filed by RC Dumpsters LLC dba Lucky's Bar&Beer
Garden, 2303 E Hwy 30 for a Class "C" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on April 18, 2026; such publication cost being $9.20; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 28, 2026 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of the above-identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of Andrea Cash,326 Mallard Ln, Grand Island,Nebraska for liquor manager.
