WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for
Greenhouse Renovation Project for the Parks & Recreation Department; and
WHEREAS, one (1) request for proposal was received and reviewed; and
WHEREAS, Commerce Construction from Grand Island, Nebraska submitted a
proposal for such Greenhouse Renovation Project in accordance with the Request for Proposals;and
WHEREAS,a contract amount of$46,465.95 has been proposed for the Greenhouse
Renovation Project; and
WHEREAS, such Greenhouse Renovation Project will be funded through KENO
funds.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the proposal from Commerce Construction
from Grand Island,Nebraska for the Greenhouse Renovation Project for a total cost of$46,465.95 is
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and designee are, and shall be,
authorized to execute all contracts and agreements necessary to effect the purpose of this Resolution.
