WHEREAS, a temporary construction easement is required by the City of Grand
Island, from property described below for the construction of State Street/ Diers Avenue
Improvements; Project No. 2026-P-1:

BEARING OF NOO°33'23"W,ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 6,A
Grand Island Joint DISTANCE OF 10.42 FEET; THENCE N45°06'22"E A DISTANCE OF
Venture LLC 27.26 FEET; THENCE N89°19'23"E A DISTANCE OF 35.40 FEET TO $2,244.00
' THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE SOO°33'23"E, ON SAID
EAST LINE OF LOT 6, A DISTANCE OF 30.05 FEET TO THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6 AND ON THE NORTH RIGHT-

LINE, A DISTANCE OF 54.90 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
SAID TEMPORARY EASEMENT CONTAINS A CALCULATED AREA
OF 1447.41 SQUARE FEET OR 0.033 ACRES MORE OR LESS.
Total= $4,040.00
WHEREAS, such Temporary Construction easement has been reviewed and
approved by the City Legal Department.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to compensate the affected property owner for the Temporary Construction easement on
the above described tract of land.
