WHEREAS, the Heartland Event Center/Bosselman Conference Center was damaged by
a vehicle on or around February 5, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City issued a request for qualifications for architectural and engineering
services to repair the damage; and
WHEREAS, the City received one (1) proposal from Erickson Sullivan Architects &
Associates, LLC for$116,500.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA, that the architectural and engineering service for the
Heartland Events Center/Bosselman Conference Center be awarded to Erickson Sullivan
Architects & Associates, LLC for $116,500 is hereby approved.
