WHEREAS, an application was filed by Bamboo Sports Bar LLC dba Bamboo
Sports Bar, 418 West 4th Street for a Class "I" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on February 14, 2026; such publication cost being $9.60; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 24, 2026 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of the above-identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of Francisco Ordonez, 308 East 12th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska for liquor manager.
