02/24/2026 Resolutions 2026-45 RESOLUTION 2026-45 WHEREAS know all men by these presents, that Prataria Ventures, LLC, A Nebraska Limited Liability Company,being the Owner(s),of the land described hereon,have caused same to be surveyed, subdivided, platted and designated as "INDIANHEAD EIGHTH SUBDIVISION", A replat of all of Lots 30-41 and Lots 60-65, Grand Island Industrial Park West Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska. WHEREAS,a copy of the plat of such subdivision has been approved by the Grand Island City Council at their meeting on January 27, 2026 along with a proposed subdivision agreement; and WHEREAS the prior to the approval of the agreement presented to Council at the January 27,2026 meeting staff had prepared an alternate agreement anticipating that the developer might not agree to provide sidewalks along the detention cell planned south of Enterprise Avenue; and WHEREAS,the developer did not express their wish to delay this sidewalk until such time as Enterprise Avenue is widened and curb and gutter is installed, and WHEREAS, the City and the Developer have agreed to the terms outlined in this subdivision agreement. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the form of subdivision agreement herein before described is hereby approved,and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
