WHEREAS,the City of Grand Island has financial resources allocated to multiple
financial institutions; and
WHEREAS, changes to staffing that require people to be added and removed from
accounts happen periodically that require administrative paperwork to be signed; and
WHEREAS, an authorization to update the signees for LPL Financial, a
resolution must be signed by Mayor Roger G Steele and/or Patrick Brown, City Administrator,
be approved.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the Mayor and/or City Administrator is hereby
authorized to execute any necessary paperwork on behalf of the City of Grand Island to update the
City's financial account with LPL Financial.
