WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island Utilities Department has leased a portion of
their property located in part of Lot Twenty-Six (26) and Lot Twenty-Seven (27), Industrial
Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska to Fortitude Mining; and
WHEREAS, the Utility Department needs to grant an ingress/egress easement in
order for Fortitude Mining to access their leased property; and
WHEREAS, the ingress/egress easement shall be vacated upon termination of the
lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that an ingress/egress easement shall be
granted to Fortitude Mining.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed
to execute such contract on behalf of the City of Grand Island and to take all other actions necessary
to effect the purpose of this resolution.
