WHEREAS, an application was filed by Teta Hospitality, Inc , dba Hampton Inn,
3441 Innate Lane Grand Island, Nebraska, for a Class "C" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on January 31; 2026 such publication cost being $9.20; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 10, 2026 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of the above-identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of Margarita T. Younes-Holz, 110 Second Street, Kearney,Nebraska for liquor manager.
