WHEREAS, a release with NinjaOne is needed by our IT department; and
WHEREAS, the current IT"ticket" management system is not effective; and
WHEREAS, disclosure of specific information related to this release could compromise
security; and
WHEREAS, City Council has the opportunity to review the release and finds that the
signing of the release is in the best interest of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the signing of the release for NinjaOne is
approved, and the Mayor or designee, IT Manager is hereby authorized to sign the release.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor or designee is authorized to sign any other
necessary documents on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
