NE INS ; 20f5 0 b 2 3 I 2075 P l: I _- te;siS11 4;01 D REGISTER E OF DEEDS THIS SPACE RESERVED FOR REGISTER OF DEEDS 2 U 0 0 ORDINANCE NO. 10,048 This ordinance is to vacate three (3) existing eight (8.0) foot wide easement tracts originally platted in the Commonwealth Business Park Third Subdivision and Commonwealth Business Park Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. and to provide for filing this ordinance in the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds Office; and to provide for the publication and the effective date of this ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. That the existing easement and right-of-way tract that was originally platted in the Commonwealth Business Park Third Subdivision and Commonwealth Business Park Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the three (3) eight (8.0) foot wide easement and right-of-way tracts being more particularly described as follows: ORDINANCE NO. 10,048 (cont.) 202506231 TRACT 1: The easterly eight(8.0) feet of Lot Eleven (11), Commonwealth Business Park Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska; except the northerly six (6.0) feet and the southerly eight(8.0) feet which are to remain as easement. TRACT 2: The westerly eight(8.0) feet of Lot One (1), Commonwealth Business Park Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska; except the northerly six (6.0) feet which is to remain as easement. TRACT 3: The westerly eight(8.0) feet of the northerly fifty-three and twenty-six hundredths (53.26) feet of Lot Two (2), Commonwealth Business Park Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska. Such three (3) easement tracts to be vacated as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto dated 10/21/2025 and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2. This Ordinance is hereby directed to be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
