11/04/2025 Ordinances 10,049 t ; 'CASH 22.v‘' "CHECK ,ECK REFUNDS: CASH HALL C T' NE INSa" rO 0b232 2025 NOV -3 P I: II .4vc .D REGISTER OF DEEDS THIS SPACE RESERVED FOR REGISTER OF DEEDS 2200 ORDINANCE NO. 10,049 This ordinance is to vacate an existing sixteen (16.0) foot wide easement located in Lot One (1), Commonwealth Business Park Fourth Subdivision, formally known as Lot Twelve (12), Commonwealth Business Park Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract being originally acquired August 25, 1980, as described in Instrument No. 80-005015, and to provide for filing this ordinance in the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds Office; and to provide for the publication and the effective date of this ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. That the existing easement and right-of-way tract located in part of Lot One (1), Commonwealth Business Park Fourth Subdivision, formally known as Lot Twelve (12), Commonwealth Business Park Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract being originally acquired August 25, 1980, as described in Instrument No. 80-005015 and recorded in the Hall County,Nebraska Register of Deeds Office ,the centerline of the sixteen (16.0) foot wide easement and right-of-way tract being more particularly described as follows: 202506212 ORDINANCE NO. 10,049 (cont.) Beginning at a point on the South line of Kaufman Avenue, said point being thirty (30.0) feet East of the Northwest corner of Lot One (1), Commonwealth Business Park Fourth Subdivision, formally known as Lot Twelve (12), Commonwealth Business Park Third Subdivision; thence southerly, parallel to and thirty (30.0) feet East of the West line of said Lot One (1), formally known as said Lot Twelve (12), a distance of one-hundred (100.0) feet; thence westerly, parallel to and one-hundred (100.0) feet South of the South line of said Kaufman Avenue, a distance of thirty (30.0) feet to the West line of said Lot One (1), formally known as said Lot Twelve (12), being the point of termination. Such easement tract to be vacated as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto dated 10/21/2025 and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2. This Ordinance is hereby directed to be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and publication within fifteen (15) days in one issue of the Grand Island Daily Independent as provided by law.
