WHEREAS, Nebraska State Contract No. 15993 OC was awarded to Clark
Equipment Co dba Bobcat Company and authorized Central Nebraska Bobcat of Grand Island,
Nebraska to offer said contract pricing to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska; and
WHEREAS,Central Nebraska Bobcat quoted a price for purchasing one new T76 T4
compact track loader for$81,026.51 with a trade-in value of$67,626.51for a net purchase price of
$13,400.00; and
WHEREAS,the Streets Division of Public Works will be purchasing two(2)T76 T4
compact track loaders for an overall net purchase price of$26,800.00.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the purchase of a two (2) T76 T4 compact
track loaders for a net purchase price of$26,800.00 from Central Nebraska Bobcat of Grand Island,
Nebraska is approved.
