WHEREAS, the Cemetery Division of the Parks & Recreation Department for the
City of Grand Island,budgeted for one(1)new Compact Track Loader in the 2025/2026 fiscal year;
and
WHEREAS,said Loader,one(1)new Bobcat Compact Track Loader T66 T4 can be
obtained through the State of Nebraska GME Contract holder Central Nebraska Bobcat; and
WHEREAS,purchasing the Loader through the State of Nebraska GME Contract No.
15993 OC meets all statutory bidding requirements; and
WHEREAS, the funding for such Compact Track Loader is provided in the 2025-
2026 budget.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the purchase of one(1)new Bobcat Compact
Track Loader T66 T4 in the total amount of $69,392.11 through the State of Nebraska GME
Contract holder Central Nebraska Bobcat of Grand Island,Nebraska is hereby approved.
