WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island invited sealed bids for furnishing Drainage
Ditch Grading, Excavating, and Hauling 2025/2026, according to plans and specifications on file
with the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, on October 2, 2025 bids were received, opened and reviewed; and,
WHEREAS, AMP Works, LLC and Harders Dozer & Scraper Work submitted
responsible bids within the bid specifications for Drainage Ditch Grading, Excavating, and
Hauling 2025/2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the above bids for Drainage Ditch
Grading, Excavating, and Hauling 2025/2026, are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed
to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island and that the City Clerk shall
store, retain, and make available for access all related and herein referenced documents in the
same manner as contracts and agreements are retained
