HALL ' ' " ')/ NE rn CY'.- MST ?5 0 7 3bb 115SE -F A ' a ® V‘i'i ISf YYOLD REGISTER OF DEEDS THIS SPACE RESERVED FOR REGISTER OF DEEDS V- ORDINANCE NO. 10,037 This ordinance is to vacate an existing Utility Easement acquired from the HALL COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2, located in a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (S W l/4,S W 1/4) of Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 61h PM, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska on August 3, 1998 as described in Document No. 98-107670, and to provide for filing this ordinance in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and to provide for the publication and the effective date of this ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. That the existing Utility Easement and right-of-way tract that was acquired from the HALL COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.2, located in a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4,SW1/4) of Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th PM, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the easterly line of the twenty (20.0) foot wide tract and right-of-way being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot One (1), Buck Subdivision in the city of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska; thence northerly along the westerly line of said Lot One (1), a distance of one hundred thirty (130.0) feet to the point of termination. Such Electric Easement to be vacated as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto dated 9/4/2025 and incorporated herein by reference. 20250536 . SECTION 2. This Ordinance is hereby directed to be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and publication within fifteen (15) days in one issue of the Grand Island Daily Independent as provided by law.
