WHEREAS,an application was filed by STL of Nebraska Inc. dba as Target at 3400
W 13th Street, Grand Island,Nebraska, for a Class "D" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on September 13, 2025; such publication cost being $9.20; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 23, 2025 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of the above-identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of Eryn Larsen,3721 b W Capital Avenue 206,Grand Island,Nebraska for liquor manager.
