WHEREAS, the City Engineer/Public Works Director for the City Of Grand
Island has issued a Certificate of Completion for Mastic Surface Treatment; Project No. 2025-
MST-1, certifying that Hall Brothers, Inc. of Marysville, Kansas, under contract, has completed
the treatment in the total amount of$53,385.50; and
WHEREAS, additional project costs equate to $2,493.82, as detailed below,
resulting in a total project cost of 55,879.32; and
Grand Island Independent- Advertising $ 74.80
City of Grand Island Public Works Engineering Services $ 2,419.02
Additional Project Costs $ 2,493.82
WHEREAS, the City Engineer/Public Works Director recommends the
acceptance of the project; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor concurs with the recommendation of the City
Engineer/Public Works Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Certificate of Final Completion,
for Mastic Surface Treatment; Project No. 2025-MST-1, in the total amount of $55,879.32, is
hereby confirmed.
